PLAYFOOTBALL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

As per our recent correspondence, all registrations for BDSFA clubs will take place on the new Play Football platform for the 2025 season. You will be able to complete this process via https://www.playfootball.com.au/ from January 2nd 2025.

Club registrars have been working hard over the Christmas break to ensure that their products are ready for you to register yourself or your child and we wanted to get in touch to make sure you are ready for the transition.

The registration process is very similar to previous seasons and is linked to a player’s FFA number. If you are registering for your child or anyone else for that matter, you must create a participant record for yourself first but you are able to link their account to yours if applicable.

Step by step guides have been created to help you navigate the setup in three key areas:

•As an existing participant claiming their account during the registration process

​

•As someone registering a participant on behalf of someone else

​

•As an existing participant claiming their account through their participant profile

​

In any instance, you must be able to take a photo of your child and verify them with identification (passport, drivers licence or birth certificate) and you must have a valid credit or debit card to pay the Football Australia and Football NSW portion of the registration fees for the season.
