Notice of Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,

A meeting to nominate persons for appointment to the Committee of Management for Polonia Rams Football Club Inc. for the term of two (2) years will be held at Polonia Sports Club, 23 Bungalow Rd, Plumpton - Sunday 14th October 2018 commencing at 12pm.

Cheryl Butler and Michael Lodyga's 2 year terms are up for re election as well as Guy Marsh who resigned from his management committee role earlier this year.

Members wishing to nominate for the 3 vacant positions on the committee must submit a letter of nomination signed by 2 current members to the secretary by the 7th October 2018.

All members (coaches & managers) are invited to attend and vote.
