2018 Registration

The 2018 football season is upon us, Polonia FC welcomes all players, coaches & volunteers to register for this season now, via www.myfootballclub.com.au.

REGISTERING

New players to our game must create their accounts first before registering with any club.

Returning players must use their existing account login using your FFA number before registering with us.

Ensure you select "Polonia Rams soccer club", as there may be other Polonia clubs interstate.

PAYMENT

Payments can be made when registering on myfootballclub via credit card and is the preferred method. (CC fees do apply).

Please ensure player name is included in the description for ease of allocation. Any payments not clearly identified will delay registration approval.

OR

Cash payment can be arranged however will only be accepted on designated days and must be paid in one full payment.

50% minimum must be paid upon registration prior to attending first grading/training session and full payment must be completed by the 16th March to ensure you receive your kit in time for the start of the season.

Only in extreme circumstances for those experiencing financial difficulties parents/players may request to the committee for a payment plan.

Payment plans to be approved at the discretion of the committee.

CANCELLATION FEE

$20 administration fee applies for all registration cancellations once any payments is received. No refunds apply once a player takes the field for one competition match.

ACTIVE KIDS PROGRAM

The NSW government has released an initiative to encourage school kids to be active and play sport by offering a $100 voucher, to be used for any organised sports.

Visit www.service.nsw.gov.au & www.footballnsw.com.au pages for information on how to apply for the rebate. Application is to be made via service NSW website. Once your voucher is received use the code when you register for Polonia on myfootballclub.

GRADING/TRAINING SESSIONS

Grading sessions will be held in the first 2 weeks of February. Dates and times for each age group will be announced shortly on our website & FB pages. Players must register and make a minimum 50% payment to be able to take part in these sessions.

FAMILY DISCOUNT

Applies to families with multiple children registered at our club under the age of 18. For each additional child there will be $30 discount.

Our registration packages include the following :

Blacktown District Soccer Football Association fees

Referees fees

(All of which have seen an increase this season)

Shorts,

Socks

Playing jersey.
