REGISTERING
Players, coaches and committee members will need to register at the new Play Football online platform to be able to register with a club. Ensure your details are up to date including mobile phone number and email. It is important this information is correct as we may need to contact you or provide important information from time to time. All members will need to upload a brand new photo to add to their account. This should be a passport style photo capturing head and shoulders only, which can be taken via your personal mobile phone. Full body shots or group photos will not be accepted and may impact your or your child's eligibility to play.
NEW REGISTRATIONS
All new players wishing to register for 2025 season with our club must first contact the club and attend a grading/training session.

PAYMENTS
Existing Polonia players from 2024 can register now and pay online via the registration portal with credit card or select "pay offline" and pay by direct bank transfer to our account.

Cash payments are not recommended.
FEES
2025 registration prices include FFA, FNSW, BDSFA and Referee fees, playing shirt, playing shorts & playing socks.

(All players over the age of 18 will automatically become social members of Polonia Sports Club)
CANCELLATION FEE
A $30 administration fee applies for all registration cancellations once any payment is received. No Refunds apply once a player has taken the field for one competition match.
ACTIVE KIDS
The $50 government rebate is available again this year for eligible school children up to the age of 18yo. Visit www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher to receive your special code which you will need to apply when registering at Play football to receive the $50 deduction from your total. Please obtain your voucher prior to registering online.
